Walls Closing In

Industrial Rock

Anxiety becomes architecture. Walls tighten, locks fail, vents breathe badly, and the place meant to protect begins to press back. The danger is not inside the subject; it is built into the structure around them.

This is the moment before pressure becomes physiology: the point at which shelter still looks like shelter, but no longer behaves like it. The room remains. Safety does not.

READ THE NOTE

Lyrics

Flicker dies on wet concrete

No name left beneath your feet

Keys dissolve in rusted lock

You were air before the clock

Home blind

Home blind

Say it like the walls are closing in

Home blind

Home blind

But the sound won't let you win

Alley breathes through broken vents

Every turn returns — no sense

Wires hum a dead refrain

Static fills your mouth again

What you clutched is dust now

What you swore is hush now

Home blind

Home blind

Say it like the walls are closing in

Home blind

Home blind

But the sound won't let you win
