Who is responsible

Suede Noise is a music and visual art project by David Tormos (Underpull Records), Spain.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, the type of message and the message itself. Nothing else.

This site has no tracking cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no profiling. The only thing it stores in your browser is a technical value that keeps the private shop area open during your visit; it never leaves your device and it is never sent to us.

The site also stores a small set of audio-player preferences in your browser — volume, mute, site-effects setting and the last selected album and track — so the player behaves consistently. These values remain on your device and are not sent to us.

Why we use it

Only to read your message and answer it. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not share your data with anyone for their own purposes.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Where it goes

The form is processed by Web3Forms and forwarded to our mailbox. Web3Forms says its servers are in the US East region and it is not based in Europe.

Web3Forms does not state in its public materials which specific safeguards it uses for transfers outside the European Economic Area, and its public information does not state one consistent retention period for submissions. If you prefer not to use this service, write to underpullrecords@gmail.com.

How long we keep it

Your message stays in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful, and no longer than two years after the last exchange, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, for its processing to be restricted, and for a copy of it, and you can object to that processing. Write to underpullrecords@gmail.com and say what you need.

If you believe your request was not handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
