Ventilation [The Exhale]

Breathing does not bring relief. The body exhales because it has nothing left to hold. Air leaves, rhythm falls away, and the last resistance disappears with it.

What follows is not rest but suspension. The body has stopped fighting, but the structure keeps breathing around it. For a moment, nothing moves forward. Collapse is complete. Silence is not freedom.
